An active member of the Philippine Army bagged the 2nd gold medal of Philippines for arnis in the men’s featherweight +55kg-60kg full contact livestick in the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) 2019.

Sgt. Niño Mark Talledo bested Vietnamese athlete Van Kein Vu.

The 33-years old athlete’s career started when he joined the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)-PNP Olympics in 2008.

In 2007, he started playing for the Philippines.

Earlier, Dexter Bolambao captured the first gold medal win of the Philippines for arnis.
