“Our borders are still open. If a foreigner would like to come to Belarus, it’s still possible but after that, he has to go into self-isolation for two weeks, even if he has no symptoms.”
“We don’t have lockdown. We don’t have quarantine. Our government gave some recommendations to use masks and antiseptics. Some big crowded events for the next two months are cancelled. There is a one-meter distance from each other. Some people are [in panic], but our president, he doesn’t want the people to panic, because when it started, some people, they went to the grocery store and started to buy a lot of food. It’s not very good because if someone buys too much, it might not be enough for all of us. We don’t want people to panic in our country.”
“It was problematic to find a mask, but for the current moment, it’s okay.”
“I have a lot of friends in Italy because I did modeling there. I lived there for two months. The situation there is totally crazy. Their mentality is about gathering together, going to restaurants everyday, and now they can’t do that, but because of the great social life that they had before, I think it was one of the reasons why the virus spread so quickly. I love Italy a lot. I’m really sorry for this situation in Italy. I wish them to recover soon.”
“I don’t see a possibility of a big pandemic here. I pray. I hope so. I pray it’s not gonna be so bad.”
“I think it is a challenge for the humanity that we need to overcome, but it’s not going to last forever. One day, it will be finished. I think if we gather our efforts together, it will help us to fight the spread of the virus, so tomorrow we can wake up in a clean and healthy world.”
“The Philippines is a country that I really love. It’s like my second home. I’ve been to Philippines for several times. The first time was for Miss Asia Pacific International, and the second time was for Miss Earth. I really wish to come to Philippines again. I really miss the Philippines. All the Filipino people, they’re so friendly and so nice and very, very special for me. Please stay safe, take care of yourself, your family, your friends. I believe after this, I can come to Philippines again.”
