CENTRAL MINDANAO-Inilahad ni Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza MNSA sa kanyang State of Province Address (SOPA) ang maraming nagawa nitong proyekto sa probinsya ng Cotabato sa ilalim ng serbisyong totoo.
Bago ang Sopa ni Gov Mendoza ay nagkaroon muna ng banal na misa at sinundan ng 32nd Regular Session ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
Ang Sopa ni Gov Mendoza ay dinaluhan rin ng libo-libong mamamayan ng Cotabato,opisyal ng pamahalaan ng Cotabato,Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, mayors, vice-mayors, mga heads of national line agencies, representatives ng academe, health at business sectors, non-government organizations, peoples organizations, mga department heads ng kapitolyo,religious Group at iba pa

Nagpapasalamat si Governor Mendoza sa lahat ng kaisa niya sa pagpapatakbo at pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at patuloy pang pag-unlad ng lalawigan ng Cotabato sa ilalim ng serbisyong Totoo. Nabanggit din nito ang ilan sa may mga malaking ambag at kaisa niya sa pagbibigay ng tulong at Serbisyo para sa Cotabatenos, sina Former Board Member Loreto V. Cabaya Jr na ngayon ay Regional Director ng DSWD XII, Assistant Majority Floor Leader/3rd District Congresswoman Ma. Alana Samantha T. Santos, 2nd District Congressman Rudy S. Caoagdan, Deputy Speaker/TUCP Partylist Cong. Raymond Democrito C. Mendoza at Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao at iba pang mga sangay ng Pamahalaan sa lalawigan ng Cotabato.
Prayoridad rin ni Governor Mendoza na matapos ang Central Mindanao Airport dahil malaking tulong ito sa pag-angat pa ng ekonomiya sa probinsya at kapakanan ng mamamayan na sentro ng programang serbisyong totoo.
Maliban sa mga proyektong natapos na at gagawin pa ipinagmalaki rin ni Mendoza na walang utang ang provincial govt.
