Sinampahan ng patung-patong na criminal at graft complaints sina House Speaker Martin Romualdez at iba pang opisyal ng Kamara.
Ginawa ng mga complainant ang paghahain ng reklamo sa Office of the Ombudsman dahil sa kinikwestyong P241 billion ng insertions sa 2025 national budget.
Pinangunahan ang pagsasampa ng kaso nina dating House Speaker Pantaleon “Bebot” Alvarez, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, Atty. Jimmy Bondoc at Atty. Raul Lambino.
Maliban kay Romualdez, kasama rin sa mga kinasuhan sina para sa falsification of legislative documents at graft ang mga sumusunod:
