Pinawalang-bisa ng Court of Appeals (CA) ang inilabas na Temporary Protection Order (TPO) ng Davao City RTC Branch 15 para sa kampo ni Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
Kaugnay ito ng pagsisilbi ng Philippine National Police (PNP) sa arrest warrant na inilabas ng Pasig RTC laban sa nagtatagong pastor.
“The court ruled that the Amparo case, closely tied to the cases filed against Apollo Quiboloy, falls within the scope of the Supreme Court’s May 27, 2024, resolution, which governs cases involving the enforcement of warrants of arrest against Apollo Quiboloy and four others”
Ayon sa Appellate Court, hindi dapat na magkaroon ng salungatan ang dalawang kautusan ng hukuman.
Sa ngayon, patuloy na hinahanap ng PNP ang lider ng KOJC sa compound ng naturang samahan sa Buhangin, Davao City.
