“To help bolster voter registration turnout, the Comelec has increased voter registration hours and set a new and extended schedule of voter registration ahead of the May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections,” nakasaad sa press release.
“The new schedule will be implemented beginning February 15, 2021.”
“However, if the local government unit prescribes another day for disinfection and such is within the workweek, the OEOs shall also observe the LGU disinfection day on top of Monday Disinfection Day.”
“During disinfection, all Comelec offices nationwide will be closed and there will be no transactions with the public.”
