Pumayag na umanong makipagpulong sa mga lider ng US House of Representatives ang tinaguriang anonymous whistleblower na nagbulgar sa kuwestyunableng pag-request ni US President Donald Trump sa Presidente ng bansang Ukraine.
Sinasabing lulutang na rin sa Kongreso ng Amerika ang whistleblower upang makibahagi sa nilulutong impeachment laban kay Trump.
Sa ngayon inaayos na lamang ang security clearance sa pagharap ng testigo sa
House Intelligence Committee.
Samantala, matapos namang ilabas ng White House ang detalye ng reklamo ng whistlebower sa Kongreso, sumunod ang pagpasa ng resolusyon na nagkokondena sa tangkang pagtatago sa mga dokumento.
Umabot sa 421 ang bomoto sa non-binding resolution at walang komontra.
Ayon kay Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff, chairman ng House Intelligence Committee, nakakagulat daw at “shocking” ang whistle-blower complaint.
Ang naturang complaint ay maaari na rin daw maisapubliko sa Biyernes.
Samantala, sinabi pa ni Schiff mistula rin umanong “mafia” si President Trump sa paghiling sa ibang bansa upang idiin sa kaso sa Ukraine si dating Vice President Joe Biden at anak nito.
“We have been informed by the whistleblower’s counsel that their client would like to speak to our committee and has requested guidance from the Acting DNI as to how to do so. We‘re in touch with counsel and look forward to the whistleblower’s testimony as soon as this week,” giit pa ni Schiff. “It’s bad enough Trump sought help from a foreign power in the last election. It’s worse still that he obstructed the investigation into his misconduct. Now he‘s admitted using his office to coerce another country to interfere in 2020.”
Kung maalala sa inilabas na transcript hiniling ni President Trump kay Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky na paimbestigahan ang anak ni Biden.
Ang dating vice president ay posibleng makalaban ni Trump sa 2020 presidential elections.
Una nang pinabulaanan ni Trump na may anomalya sa laman nang pakikipag-usap niya kay Zelensky.
“I didn’t do it,” ani Trump. “You take a look at that call. It was perfect. There was no quid pro quo.”
